We take pride in our work and want you to feel confident when booking with us. Below is a simple explanation of how our warranties and insurance work.
Our Workmanship Warranty (24 months)
We provide a 24-month workmanship warranty on our TV wall mounting installations. This covers issues that arise from the installation work itself, such as how the mount or TV was fitted to the wall. If there’s ever a problem caused by the way the installation was carried out, we’ll make it right.
TV Mount Warranty (Manufacturer)
All TV mounts supplied by us are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty terms and timeframes vary depending on the brand and model. We use reputable, well-known mount brands that are designed and rated specifically for modern TVs.
If a mount defect is suspected, we’re happy to assist you with the manufacturer’s warranty claim process, including providing proof of purchase and installation details where needed. Any replacement or compensation is determined by the manufacturer under their warranty.
What’s Not Covered
While we always install to manufacturer specifications and assess wall suitability on the day, some things are outside our control. Our workmanship warranty does not cover:
Manufacturing defects in the TV or mount
Wall movement, structural changes, or building settling over time
Misuse, accidental damage after installation, or modifications made by others
Changes to the setup after installation (e.g. remounting, moving the TV, renovations)
Full-motion / extendable mounts place greater load on the wall over time. We assess suitability during installation, however long-term wall movement or changes are outside our control.
Insurance
We are fully insured for accidental damage that occurs during the installation process, giving you added peace of mind while work is being carried out in your home.
